10 Taxis Ticketed on Jalan RA Kartini

The ranks of South Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department has ticketed 10 taxis near Ragunan junction, Jalan RA Kartini, Pasarminggu. The ticketing was conducted due to those taxis picking up passengers haphazardly.

"The taxis wait for passenger from Pertanian Transjakarta bus stop. They take one lane," expressed Head of Supervision and Control Section for South Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department, AB Nahor, Wednesday (4/30).
Such condition has disrupted traffic flow from Ragunan junction towards Cilandak junction. "This is very disturbing and cause congestion. That's why we ticket the unruly taxis in the spot," he asserted.
At the same place, he added, officers also ticketed a Kopaja with similar reason. "As a matter of fact, we have routinely done socialization in the field," he uttered.
